A banking advisory and introduction firm.

SAGAFIN serves UHNWIs, family offices, and large corporates who need genuine access to senior private banking and independent advice on how to structure the treasury layer beneath their investment activity.

We've spent 25 years building direct relationships with senior private bankers at institutions across Switzerland, the UK, the US, the Caribbean, and the GCC. The bankers we introduce you to know us personally. They take our calls, they'll prioritise your onboarding, and they operate at a level no standard commercial referral reaches.

The account structure beneath a capital raise either works or it doesn't. We advise on the number of accounts, where to hold them, how to allocate across currencies, and how to sequence flows from first commitment through to deployment.

Private Banking Introductions

We introduce you to the right senior relationship manager at the right institution for your profile. You walk in at the private banking level, with full context already set.

Before you meet, we brief the banker on your business, your transaction, and what the relationship is worth. You don't start from zero.

Multi-Currency Management

Your investor base is international. Your capital deployment probably is too. We build the multi-currency banking framework you actually need: accounts, FX arrangements, and operating procedures across the currencies and jurisdictions you'll work in.

Facility Coordination

A structured lending facility brings its own banking requirements: account controls, covenant reporting, drawdown mechanics. We coordinate your setup against the lender's terms from day one.

Signed deal documentation doesn't mean the banking layer is ready. We make sure it is before close.
